JOB DESCRIPTION

Purpose: To support learning and wellbeing and personal, social, and emotional development of Young person in social environments.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Run enrichment activities and workshops.
• Build positive relationships with young people.
• Provide targeted interventions for disengaged pupils.
• Liaise with families and external agencies.
• Safeguard Young People at all times.
