THE ROLE

Whether your specialism is visual arts, music, dance, drama, media, or another creative field, you’ll use it to engage young people, spark their creativity, and help them develop their talents. You’ll also support our “Family Day” events, bringing creativity to all ages.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build positive relationships with young people, including those who may be disengaged or disadvantaged.
  • Plan and deliver fun, engaging, and developmental arts activities that challenge and inspire.
  • Teach the fundamentals of your art form, supporting young people to explore their creativity and improve their skills.
  • Contribute to a varied and innovative arts programme that meets the diverse needs and interests of our members.
  • Maintain a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment where all activities are accessible.
  • Promote HYPE positively to young people, families, and community partners.
