  • Deliver outreach support to children outside of school hours (home visits and community-based support)
  • Build strong relationships with students, families, and professionals
  • Support students’ development of resilience, independence, and self-confidence

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience working with young people in youth work, social care, or educational settings
  • Comfortable working in both structured (school) and flexible (community/home) environments
  • Able to manage challenging behaviours with empathy, patience, and professionalism
  • Confident communicating with families, teachers, and external services
  • Must have access to own vehicle and a full UK driving licence
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
