Working with young people aged 8-25 years old.

Young People Cornwall youth centres are open to all young people, and our youth work uses a trauma informed approach which enables us to build strong, positive and trusting relationships with young people in these communities. We deliver a range of projects including open access drop-ins, detached work, programme group work, targeted work with young people experiencing mental ill health and other issues.
We offer a range of programmes and services, but they all have one thing in common; putting the young person in control and engaging with them on their terms – to support their needs and aspirations. Young people are given opportunities to influence the planning, design & delivery of all our programmes at project level through to attending trustee meetings. We enable young people to have their voices heard at local, regional and national strategic levels. As part of the team you will ensure that delivery is based on what young people want and need and is developed with them.
