JOB OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a creative and results-driven YouTube Expert to grow and manage our YouTube channel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating strategies to increase subscribers, views, engagement, and overall channel performance. You should have deep knowledge of YouTube’s algorithm, SEO, content trends, and audience engagement techniques.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• Proven experience in managing and growing YouTube channels.
• Strong knowledge of YouTube SEO, analytics, and monetization policies.
• Understanding of content marketing and digital trends.
• Creative thinking with the ability to generate engaging video concepts.
• Basic video editing and thumbnail design skills (preferred).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver results.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• Experience working with health, education, or lifestyle channels (a plus).
• Knowledge of YouTube Ads and paid promotion strategies.
• Familiarity with tools like TubeBuddy, VidIQ, Canva, Adobe Premiere, Capcut , Final Cut Pro.

• Youtube Channel Handling: 1 year (Required)

• Develop and implement strategies to grow channel subscribers and views.
• Optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, and playlists for maximum reach (YouTube SEO).
• Plan, manage, and upload regular content, ensuring it aligns with the brand voice and goals.
• Analyze YouTube analytics and generate reports to track growth and performance.
• Research trending topics and suggest creative video ideas to increase engagement.
• Collaborate with the content team to improve video storytelling and editing quality.
• Manage community engagement (comments, polls, community posts).
• Stay updated with YouTube algorithm changes, monetization rules, and latest trends.
• Run A/B tests for thumbnails, titles, and formats to maximize click-through rate (CTR).
• Suggest cross-promotion strategies with other social media platforms.
