As our YouTube Strategist, you will be the driving force behind our most critical marketing channel, shaping the strategy that connects our "Ingenious" solutions with a global audience. You are the architect of our YouTube growth, responsible for developing and executing the high-level strategy that turns viewers into loyal customers and solidifies our position as the undisputed leader in our category. Accountabilities YouTube Channel Growth & Engagement: Accountable for the significant and measurable growth of the itGenius YouTube channel, with a primary focus on increasing watch hours versus the prior period, while also growing subscriber numbers and audience engagement in alignment with our B2B marketing objectives. Strategic Content Direction: Accountable for the development of a comprehensive and forward-thinking content strategy that anticipates audience needs, leverages platform trends, and effectively translates complex Google Workspace and B2B technology topics into engaging video concepts. Performance Analysis & Insight: Accountable for providing deep, actionable insights from channel analytics and competitor performance, articulating the "why" behind the data to inform and guide the content production and marketing teams. Algorithm & Trend Mastery: Accountable for maintaining an expert-level understanding of the YouTube algorithm, culture, and best practices, ensuring our strategy remains adaptive, innovative, and ahead of the curve. Develop and execute a comprehensive, high-level YouTube growth strategy tailored to a B2B audience. Conduct deep analysis of our channel analytics and competitor performance to identify opportunities and inform content direction. Provide strategic guidance on video ideation, titling, thumbnail design, and content formatting based on an intimate understanding of the YouTube algorithm and audience behavior. Translate complex topics related to Google Workspace and B2B technology into compelling and engaging YouTube content concepts. Collaborate with our internal production team to ensure that strategic insights are effectively implemented in the final video assets. Stay ahead of YouTube platform changes, trends, and best practices, and adapt our strategy accordingly. Articulate the "why" behind strategic decisions to the team, moving beyond surface-level metrics to explain the nuances of platform success. Work with the Marketing Manager to ensure the YouTube strategy aligns with broader campaign goals and contributes to the overall marketing-sourced pipeline.
