Enterprise Knowledge is looking for a full-time Agile Consultant with a strong Product Management background. Our client, a large federal agency, has recently reorganized their IT infrastructure operations and recognized a gap in how they define products and services. Simultaneously, they are seeking to adopt Agile practices across their office. We are looking for someone to act as their primary consultant in this effort. To be successful, you will need an understanding of: IT product development & strategy at the enterprise level Agile frameworks, transformations, and coaching Business analysis Project management With these skills, you’ll help design and implement a service/product management framework and lead Agile coaching efforts across 5-10 teams. You will customize an approach that recognizes challenges unique to the agency while applying applicable Agile best practices. We’re not looking for someone who will just apply Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, or another framework ‘right out of the box.’ To Get Our Attention…. Tell us how you have applied your ability to think independently in past roles in a consulting context How you have influenced executives and individual contributors alike to dramatically transform their approach to product management Where, in your experience, Agility is most successful and where it falls short. Responsibilities will include: Serve as principal resource for senior IT leaders in designing a service/product management framework Serve as principal resource for IT managers in how to bring Agility to various IT divisions/branches Teach leaders in the organization how to prioritize features, pilot new offerings, and integrate customer feedback into future iterations Manage business stakeholders via reporting, communications, and training Facilitate Agile rituals as needed across multiple teams Coach individuals across multiple teams on how to apply Agile values to their daily work, as well as how to play key Agile roles Required Experience: 3+ years as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Product Manager using Agile frameworks. Experience working on enterprise-scale IT projects and/or products Experience interacting, presenting to, and influencing senior IT leader Excellent facilitation skills, particularly with respect to requirements gathering and strategic planning Excellent knowledge of facilitation and project management tools, especially Trello Comfort with navigating ambiguity and rapidly evolving client needs One more industry-recognized Agile certifications such as: CSM, PSM, CSPO, or PSPO (or higher) Preferred Experience: 1+ year with federal clients 1+ year in a DevOps environment Leadership in an ITIL environment Leading organizational design and/or change management at scale Familiarity with cloud services (particularly AWS), cloud migration, IaaS, ticketed support systems such as ServiceNow, ICAM, and/or hardware upgrade cycles “We are an equal opportunity employer.
