Are you interested in the hospitality field? Zermatt Utah Resort & Spa is seeking energetic, friendly people to assist as support team members. We are looking for someone who is looking to develop grow, and gain experience working in restaurants. Our support team goes the extra mile to satisfy our guests needs in the following positions: Hosts: First and last impressions for our guests Maintaining our reservation list Seating guests and being friendly Taking to go orders (earning extra tips) Answering phones Performing necessary pre and post shift side work Requirements: Be friendly, outgoing, willing to learn, guest oriented, and show a sense of urgency Have or be able to obtain a valid food handler permit Be able to manage multiple requests from guests and other team members Standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods of time Flexible schedule and willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Benefits: Discounted shift meals, as well as discounted meals for your family Discounts at the resort Flexible scheduling – willing to work with your scheduling needs Learning, development, and promotional opportunities Qualifications Be friendly, outgoing, willing to learn, guest oriented, and show a sense of urgency Have or be able to obtain a valid food handler permit Be able to manage multiple requests from guests and other team members Standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods of time Flexible schedule and willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays The Resort functions seven days a week and 24 hours a day. All employees, both management and hourly, must realize, at times, it may be necessary to move an employee from their accustomed shift to support business demands.

Responsibilities

Hosts are responsible for making first and last impressions for guests, maintaining the reservation list, and seating guests. They also take to-go orders, answer phones, and perform necessary pre and post-shift side work.
