You will act as the primary consultant and manage business strategy and technical delivery of projects for a range of commercial and federal clients. You have a solid understanding of: Project management IT product development & strategy at the enterprise level Agile frameworks & transformations Business analysis Responsibilities: Plan, execute, manage and deliver small to large technical projects. Own full development project life-cycle from initiation to deployment. Serve as the liaison to key stakeholders through the development lifecycle. Manage complex technology projects with stakeholders at varying levels of technical knowledge. Prioritize features, pilot new offerings, and integrate customer feedback into future iterations. Develop, maintain and monitor project plans, project schedules, and work hours. Deliver projects and products that exceed client expectations within project budget. Facilitate stakeholder meetings and project deadlines. Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each project goal and objective. Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings. Proactively ensure important tasks and decisions are taking place on schedule. Facilitate requirements gathering workshops. Assist with project tasks. Ensure documentation is maintained and organized appropriately for each project. Required Skills and Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems/related field, or equivalent experience. 2 or more years of experience in technology product/project management. 2 or more years agile project management experience. 1 year or more as a Product Manager using Agile frameworks. Experience with full SDLC and relevant tools and technologies. Demonstrable success translating business requirements into product designs and roadmaps. Excellent facilitation skills, particularly with respect to requirements gathering and strategic planning. Excellent knowledge of Jira, Trello, and other project management tools. Comfort with navigating ambiguity and rapidly evolving client needs. Must be able to obtain a Public Trust (Moderate) Clearance.
