Description Customer Service Representative Carrollton, GA (West Atlanta area) - Full Time Customer service is an important part of the customer experience here at Z1 Motorsports. Become a part of our growing team assisting clients with shipping logistics, returning products, processing damaged or lost package claims, and providing technical support to achieve complete customer satisfaction. As a customer service representative your duties will include: DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Customer Service Interact with customer in person, over the phone, and through email Set up returns and exchanges Cancellations and order modifications Ensure order accuracy Verify part numbers and fitment Shipping claims for damaged or lost orders Provide technical support Respond to customers in timely manor Other duties as assigned Availability Must be onsite 40-hour workweek with occasional nights and weekends Requirements EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS: Positive attitude and customer service mindset Automotive knowledge preferred Basic Computer Skill knowledge Proficient in Microsoft Office suite Exhibit strong communication skills Bilingual (Spanish) proficiency preferred Customer Service/Call center experience preferred
