SALARY: £27,557.36 - £28,002.79 PRO RATA (ACTUAL £23,782.28 - £24,166.69 PER ANNUM)

Hours: 37 Hour per Week, 38 weeks per year
Gloucestershire Professional Services (GPS) is recruiting a SEND Intervention Mentor to join the Learning Support team at Gloucestershire College’s Gloucester Campus. In this role, you will work with learners across various college sites who have a range of additional learning needs. You’ll deliver targeted interventions to help students build independence, resilience, and work-readiness, supporting their inclusion, aspirations, and long-term outcomes. A key part of the role involves reviewing the impact of your support and tracking students’ progress over time.
The Learning Support team plays a vital role in helping students achieve positive academic and personal outcomes while developing essential life and employability skills.
