Description
We are looking for an Internal Trainer that will Lead onboarding and training for new employees at ZIM Israel, deliver professional training on work processes, improve interfaces between departments, and provide service-focused instruction to ensure smooth integration and high standards. Major areas of responsibility Monitor and assess the progress of new employees throughout the onboarding and training period Coordinate cross-departmental collaboration to support organizational goals Facilitate knowledge sharing and ensure consistent application of best practices Support the implementation of new systems and procedures Preparing onboarding and training materials for new employees, providing personal guidance throughout the integration process, delivering presentations and office tours, answering questions, and monitoring each employee’s progress until full integration into the department. Provide ongoing guidance and service-focused training to employees Training of employees Preparing training materials Guiding new employees Delivering presentations Monitoring employee integration ·Soft skills training Streamlining Work Processes Identifying and improving existing work processes Maintaining and enhancing collaboration between different interfaces in the organization Collecting feedback from the field and leading changes Reporting Ongoing monitoring and reporting of training progress. Documenting participation in trainings, workshops, and the implementation of new processes. Generating performance reports and reminders for employees. Documenting the application of regulations and conveying feedback from the field. Preparing presentations and processes for SOX audits. Systems ZRM AgenTeam ZIM Excellence Requirements Academic education- a must 4 years of Previous experience in customer service or sales roles Experience in developing training materials and onboarding colleagues/employees High level of control in English language (Speaking, reading and writing) Good knowledge of the shipping industry-a must Excellent Excel & PowerPoint skills High control of computer systems /applications
