Summary We’re looking for organized, reliable team members to help package our Thanksgiving To-Go meals. This role involves weighing and portioning prepared food into containers, labeling items accurately, and maintaining a clean and efficient workspace. You’ll be working alongside our kitchen and events teams to make sure each guest receives a beautiful and delicious Cornman Farms holiday meal. This is a temporary position running from November 17–25, 2025, These are the required shifts: Thursday, November 20 1:00pm-9:00pm Friday, November 21 1:00pm-8:00pm Saturday, November 22 1:00pm-8:00pm Sunday, November 23 1:00pm-8:00pm Reports to: Porter Coaches The main role of this position is to ensure that all Thanksgiving To-Go products are packaged, labeled, and stored safely and accurately. Responsibilities include: Weighing and portioning prepared food according to set standards Applying labels neatly and accurately to containers Cleaning and maintaining packaging and labeling stations Following proper food handling and sanitation procedures Moving food throughout the property, including in and out of walk-in coolers Climbing a short ladder to move items in and out of delivery trucks Paying close attention to detail and communicating any errors or concerns immediately Cleaning and maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment Demonstrating proper handling of food service equipment Demonstrating proper handling and storage of cleaning equipment Identifying and working to resolve any issues that might occur during events Working efficiently in a fast-paced, team environment You’ll do great in this role if you: Love working on a team and can jump in wherever needed Take pride in accuracy and presentation Can stay calm and focused under pressure Enjoy hands-on, physical work (lifting up to 40 lbs, being on your feet) Are dependable and show up ready to work with a positive attitude Maintains a professional image at all times through actions and appearance Physical Requirements: Stooping, Kneeling, and Crouching: Bending body downward and forward by bending spine at the waist, requiring full use of the lower extremities and back muscles Handling: Seizing, holding, grasping, turning, or otherwise working with hand or hands Reaching: Extending hand(s) and arm(s) in any direction Near Vision: Clarity of vision at 20 inches or less Lifting: Raising or lowering an object, at least 50 lbs, from one level to another (includes upward pulling) Carrying: Transporting an object, up to 65 lbs, usually holding it in the hands or arms, or on the shoulder Standing: Remaining on one's feet in an upright position at a workstation without moving about for an extended period of time Feeling: Perceiving attributes of objects, such as size, shape, temperature, or texture, by touching with skin, particularly that of fingertips
