Description Miss Kim Korean Restaurant, a part of Zingerman's Community of Businesses, is looking for front of house service staff! Job Title: Server/Runner Full-Time positions available, with availability for 4-5 shifts per week, including at least two dinner shifts Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. Availability on Fridays and Saturdays is highly preferred. Shifts are usually 10:30am-4pm, or 4pm-10pm. We are looking for someone who would have the ability to work at leas 28 hours a week, and possibly as many as 35-40 hours a week. Compensation: $21.50-$23.50/hour (when tips are included). Also quarterly bonus is possible if we exceed sales plan, and you have finished basic orientation. We are looking for high energy individuals who are passionate about giving great service, learning about great food and engaging in their work! We offer flexible schedules, though weekend availability is a must, and the opportunity to work for a fun and exciting Zingerman's business. Taking part in building the systems that run our day-to-day is expected from each member of our small team at Zingerman's Miss Kim Korean Restaurant. All front of house staff start at $21.50-$23.50/hour based on experience and skill set. This includes $12.50 per hour in wages plus $9-$11 in hourly tips. There is a $0.50/hr raise once finishing orientation.
