Description Roadhouse Administrative Assistant Compensation: $20-$22 per hour Hours/Shift: Monday-Friday 10am - 4pm (core hours w/ some flexibility on weekend) - 30 hours/week Performance Expectations - Essential Functions: Assist Managing Partner, staff accountant, and roadhouse managers with duties as assigned (communications, payroll support, project management, etc.) Monitors shared email account, answers questions, and provides information as needed Provides customer service to other ZCoB businesses, vendors, co-workers, customers Assists with Roadhouse administrative tasks (answering phones, distributing mail, copying, collating, faxing, filing, scanning, maintaining electronic files/records, overseeing office supplies, etc.) Maintains calendars and scheduling Regularly attends weekly huddles and other business meetings Provide other support as needed Assists with creating and implementing systems and processes Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner Requirements At least 1 year of experience in a clerical/administrative role Strong proficiency in Google Applications, Gmail, Google Docs, and the Web Experience giving customer service over the phone and in person Familiarity with restaurant or food service operations is a plus Experience in HRIS systems a plus Desired Personal Characteristics Passionate about giving great service to others Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task Can work effectively in a fast-paced environment and is available to answer questions from coworkers as needed Can perform routine daily tasks with close attention to detail, while understanding the bigger picture Has a flexible approach to problem solving with a strong work ethic High level of integrity and honesty Discreetly handles confidential information Is able to perform with a high degree of focus, organization, accuracy, consistency, and timeliness Has strong written and oral communication skills Is able to set priorities and follow-through Physical Requirements Able to ascend/descend between multiple levels of the Roadhouse building Ability to do occasional light lifting (up to 10 lbs)
Responsibilities
The Administrative Assistant will support the Managing Partner and managers with payroll, communications, and project management tasks. They are also responsible for maintaining office systems, managing calendars, and providing high-quality customer service to vendors and staff.
