Description Status: Part Time PM Number of Hours/week: 16-20 Days/Shift:Hours: Monday-Thursday 9pm-1am Job Summary The Roadhouse PM Cleaner is responsible for ensuring that the Restaurant is clean and ready for business at all times. The Roadhouse PM Cleaner will be responsible for providing detailed cleaning of light fixtures, vent covers, toilets, sinks, counters, mirrors, underneath booths and floors. This is a great opportunity for professional janitors, students, and those looking for a second job. Reports To: Maintenance Manager Salary: $16/hour Performance Expectations Essential Functions: Performs all essential functions of the Night Cleaning position, including: Cleaning counters, sinks, equipment, floors, restrooms, etc. following a detailed checklist Follows weekly deep cleaning schedule Properly handles food service equipment Uses cleaning supplies and chemicals correctly Demonstrates proper handling and storage of cleaning equipment Must work overnight, including regular weekends and holidays Arrives on time for all scheduled shifts and punches in and out correctly Follows proper procedure for sick calls and schedule requests Treats customers and co-workers with courtesy and respect Takes no careless action, minimizing risk of injury to self or others Recognizes and acknowledges errors and potential quality problems Maintains Roadhouse standards of safety and ethics Adheres to the highest standards of service while assisting Restaurant Operations Demonstrates a commitment to the success of the business and team members Takes responsibility for the effectiveness of his or her training Physical Demands Must be able to bend, stoop, reach, and be positioned upright for long periods at a time Must be able to safely relocate up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
