Description

We are seeking an experienced Zoho Developer & Administrator to take full ownership of the Zoho One ecosystem within our organization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in setting up, customizing, and maintaining Zoho One, with a strong focus on Zoho Creator and Deluge scripting. This role requires both technical development skills and system administration expertise to ensure optimal performance, integration, and usability across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and configure the complete Zoho One ecosystem from scratch.
  • Design, develop, and maintain custom applications using Zoho Creator.
  • Write and maintain Deluge scripts for automation, workflows, and custom logic.
  • Integrate various Zoho apps (CRM, Books, Desk, Projects, Recruit, Inventory, etc.) to work seamlessly.
  • Manage user roles, permissions, and workflows across all Zoho applications.
  • Conduct regular system audits, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high uptime and performance.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into efficient Zoho solutions.
  • Train internal teams on using Zoho applications effectively.
  • Stay up to date with new features, modules, and best practices within the Zoho ecosystem.
  • Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and optimization of Zoho apps and processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Zoho Developer and/or Administrator (minimum 2–3 years).
  • Hands-on expertise with Zoho Creator, Zoho One, and Deluge scripting.
  • Experience in end-to-end implementation of the Zoho One suite.
  • Strong understanding of business workflows, CRM logic, and automation tools.
  • Experience with custom modules, third-party API integrations, and data migration.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Zoho Certifications (Developer/Admin) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Wordpress, REST APIs, webhooks, and integration platforms.
