JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Zoho One Administrator with expertise in Zoho’s integrated business operations platform to spearhead integration from fragmented tools to Zoho One, as well as lead day-to-day platform operations. You will play a pivotal role in implementing and managing over 45 Zoho applications, including customer support (Zoho Desk), marketing automation (Zoho Campaigns), financial management (Zoho Books), HR (Zoho People), and electronic signatures (Zoho Sign). This role involves hands-on configuration, user support, and training, while also ensuring seamless integration and adoption across departments.
