REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in social media marketing (SMM) with expertise in Zoho Social and Zoho Marketing tools.
• Strong analytical skills, using data to refine campaigns and maximize engagement.
• Creative experience in developing visual, image, and video content.
• Project management experience, ensuring smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
• Client management expertise, with a focus on maintaining long-term relationships.
• Fluency in English is required; additional fluency in German, Spanish, Portuguese, or Italian is a plus.

• Develop and execute social media marketing strategies across platforms, utilising Zoho Social and other Zoho tools.
• Create engaging content, including visuals, images, and videos, to maximize audience impact.
• Analyse and optimize marketing campaigns using performance data and Zoho analytics.
• Manage projects effectively, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns from start to finish.
• Build strong client relationships, understanding their needs and delivering high-quality marketing solutions.
• Leverage multilingual communication skills in English (mandatory) and, if applicable, additional languages such as German, Spanish, Portuguese, or Italian
