Description
Pinerium is seeking a detail-oriented and quality-focused Zoho Tester to support the testing and validation of Zoho implementations, customizations, workflows, and integrated business solutions. This role is responsible for ensuring Zoho applications function correctly, meet business requirements, and maintain high-quality user experience before deployment. The ideal candidate will work closely with Product Owners, Developers, Implementation Specialists, and Scrum Masters to identify issues early, validate fixes, and improve delivery quality across projects. This role aligns with Pinerium’s internal Zoho project structure under the Zoho Project Team. Key Responsibilities Functional Testing & Validation Test Zoho applications, workflows, automations, forms, reports, and custom functions. Validate implemented business requirements against expected functionality. Perform end-to-end testing for Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Desk, Zoho Books, and related applications. Ensure workflows, permissions, notifications, and automations function correctly. Bug Tracking & Issue Reporting Identify, document, and report bugs, defects, and inconsistencies clearly. Reproduce reported issues and verify bug fixes after resolution. Track testing progress and issue status using project tracking tools. Collaborate with developers and implementation teams to ensure issue resolution. Quality Assurance & Process Support Support quality assurance processes throughout project delivery lifecycle. Prepare test cases, test scenarios, and validation checklists. Participate in sprint testing and release validation activities. Ensure systems meet usability, performance, and business process expectations. Collaboration & Communication Work closely with Product Owners to understand requirements and acceptance criteria. Coordinate with Scrum Masters and Project Teams during sprint execution. Communicate testing results and quality risks clearly to stakeholders. Support user acceptance testing (UAT) activities when required. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in software testing, QA, SaaS testing, or application validation. Familiarity with Zoho applications such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Desk, or Zoho Books is preferred. Strong understanding of testing methodologies and QA processes. Ability to write clear test cases and defect reports. Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking. Good communication and documentation skills. Ability to work in Agile/Scrum delivery environments. Familiarity with ticketing or bug tracking systems is preferred. Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
