Aufgabenbereich Abfertigung von Importsendungen inklusive aller besonderen Zollverkehre Hold Abfertigung Bearbeitung von Kundenrückantworten Bearbeitung von Zurückweisungen durch den Zoll Bearbeitung von Stellungnahmen zu Zollreklamationen Telefonische, schriftliche und persönliche Kundenberatung bei aktuellen bzw. importspezifischen Problemstellungen Kommunikation mit nationalen und internationalen Partnern bzgl. aktueller Importe Kommunikation mit Versendern und Einführern bei aktuellen Importproblemen Teilnahme an internen Schulungen Vertretung innerhalb des Bereiches Voraussetzungen Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, vorzugsweise zum/zur Groß- und Außenhandelskaufmann/frau oder Speditionskaufmann/frau von Vorteil Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift erforderlich Gute Computeranwenderkenntnisse (Windows, MS Office, Outlook, Internet) Engagement, Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit und Integrität Arbeitszeit 39 Wochenstunden.
