Position involves following areas of responsibility – • Responsible for Outsourcing partner identification & roll out • Responsible for implementation of business models for agency appointments • Ensuring timely allocation • To govern agencies for performance & CoC • To review daily performance & plan actions • Maintain and track agency performance on regional level • Design Monthly Business Review (MBR) decks & implement across partners in the region • To roll out various incentive plans to drive efficiency at partners • Responsible for Collections & bad through Agency route • Effective Vendor Management and Payments to Agencies • Maintain & Control Cost of Collections as per AoP Essential Attributes; Proficient in MS Office utilities Knowledge of telecom industry for automation initiatives High energy & potential for partner drive & management Knowledge about documentation policy, provisioning systems (EPOS, Metasolv), activitation process Enterprise Product Knowledge VOICE and DATA Transforming Businesses through Digitalization Tata Tele Business Services (TTBS), belonging to the prestigious Tata Group of Companies, is the country’s leading enabler of connectivity and communication solutions for businesses.
