11239 Core Responsibilities: Sales Process Management o  Aggressively drive the sales numbers and achieve the business targets for affordable home loans in the zone while continuing to enhance and upgrade the client relationships. o  Explore and identify new sourcing avenues and channels to increase business volumes. o  Identify and set up new locations o  Partner with risk & credit teams to take necessary corrective actions and maintain quality of business portfolio. o  Conceptualize and develop activities to enhance business volumes. o  Retain and expand the company's base of customers across all channel partners and franchisee to ensure repeat business or referrals o  Define the sourcing funnel and align with the team on ground lead generation activities to create a reliable network of DSA / Direct Sales / Builders. o  Facilitate the development of new builder/channel relationships with so as to penetrate new markets and thereby increase business o  Ensure branch productivity, sales productivity and overall employee productivity in the assigned zone.            Sales Planning and Team Management o Develop and build the team to high levels of competency and delivery taking into consideration corporate governance. o Optimize team productivity by effectively managing the team of sales managers so as to assure achievement of business targets and profitability of the area o Lead and supervise the sales teams for the implementation of the growth agenda through appropriate training, motivation and deployment strategies o Manage team size by recruiting quality resources and grooming from time to time in presentation and selling skills            Industry & Governance o Constantly keep abreast of market trends and competitor intelligence so as to build and develop effective sales and marketing strategies o Ensure a strong understanding of the markets / competition / process and products available in the markets and provide positive feedback to the central product and policy team to stay ahead in the market. o Ensure compliance to all Audit / NHB regulations as well as policies and procedures of the company Graduate : Yes Masters/Postgraduate: Yes Certifications: MBA Desired Experience: Minimum 10 to 12 years in the field
