Job Purpose * To drive sales and ensure business targets are achieved for their region & underwrite CF business and manage the portfolio  Responsibilities Core Responsibilities: * Create and manage progressive relationships with builders / developers, real estate intermediaries, real estate brokers, international property consultants, real estate funds and various industry experts for creating dynamic database of contacts and data sources relevant to the real estate market.  * Develop expertise on real estate project evaluation, structuring and credit & technical analysis and coordinate with legal, valuer and clients for successful disbursal of loans * Originate new business and carry out detailed appraisal and due diligence of the project/proposal, technical financial legal regulatory etc. * Monitor portfolio to mitigate risk on continuous basis and engage with credit for sanctioning of cases and execution of loan documents * Liaise with connectors/international property consultants and local retail team to source and then structure deals, seek the required data for analysis and present them to the sanctioning authorities * Work with the team to prepare financial analysis, internal documentation to seek approvals for investments and preparation of investment memos * Participate in local real estate expos / events to enhance network and source business * Monitor the progress on projects and obtain regular MIS to understand and highlight early warning * Monitor the accounts on sales and construction stipulations, taking timely corrective steps for accounts deviating from stipulations. * Lead, monitor & supervise the field sales force to improve conversions so as to ensure adequate and consistent sourcing, thereby elevating customer satisfaction to customer delight * Constantly keep abreast of market trends and competitor intelligence so as to build and develop effective sales and marketing strategies * Ensure compliance to all Audit / NHB regulations as well as policies and procedures of the company.
Responsibilities
