1. Manage business and distribution for Business Banking (self employed) LAP for respective Zone - India.  2. Ensuring overall portfolio and revenue targets are met.  3. Managing front line sales (RSM>SM/ASM) for driving business. 4. Managing key/strategic relation like Corporate DSAs etc. and other channels like Branch for creating lead funnel.  5. Eventually managing entire LAP for Respective Zone as Zonal Sales Manager and reporting to National Sales Manager. 
Responsibilities
The Zonal Sales Manager is responsible for managing business and distribution for Loan Against Property (LAP) within the zone to meet portfolio and revenue targets. They will lead front-line sales teams and manage strategic relationships with corporate DSAs and branch channels to drive business growth.
