Job Title Zone Business Leader Imaging Nordics Job Description As a Zone Business Leader Imaging NORDICS, you will be part of a global leader in health technology, dedicated to improving billions of lives worldwide. In this role, you will lead the Sales Specialists and Clinical Application teams, implementing Marketing and Commercial Strategy in NORDICS for the MR, DXR and CT business categories. You will work towards creating a better and fairer future for all by tackling complex challenges posed by ever-evolving health and well-being needs. You are part of the Leadership team of Europe Imaging and NORDICS Hub. Your role: Develop and execute a NORDICS growth plan in partnership with the Regional Leadership team. Drive sales growth by utilizing offline and online channels. Activate the NORDICS commercial organization in selling and positioning products, solutions, and services towards customers. Collaborate with NORDICS and district sales leaders on deal strategy and customer escalations. Provide local customer insights to the Region Business team. Drive the performance of the Sales Specialists and Clinical Application teams. Lead NPIs and support marketing activities with the marketing Hub. Coordinate Product Lifecycle management, including install base management and EOL support. Be a key partner for product and region teams to design and refine the Suite of Solutions around Imaging portfolio and support activation in NORDICS Support Marketing teams by providing customer insights and market trends, reviewing value propositions and local launch plans, and localizing assets for NORDICS. Own the Key Opinion Leader (KOL) Program across the zone for the modalities, with support of the Clinical Scientists, and be responsible for Society Engagement in this area. You're the right fit if you have the following skills and experience: 10+ years of industry experience and a University degree. Experience in Diagnostic Imaging Business would be preferred. Proven senior leadership experience, ideally across different countries/markets and advanced knowledge of products and services within the scope. Complete knowledge and understanding of the Marketing processes and advanced experience in marketing technology in consumer/healthcare domains, incl. creating customized value propositions to unique customers and markets. In-depth experience in the Health Systems industry for NORDICS and the ability to build and nurture effective relationships within the matrix. Can act as a role-model for our Leadership Asks and is Certified LEAN Advanced. Bring people together and align them around common goals, leverage the power of Philips independent from organizational structures and reports, take ownership per agreed Philips Business System Framework. Able to lead, coach, direct and motivate a team towards a common goal, encourage diversity. Driven by a strong external focus understanding the industry and market dynamics. Capable of finding solutions to difficult or complex issues and driving continuous improvement via applying LEAN methodology. Results-oriented and take personal accountability to deliver results. Skilled in collaborating with and influencing multiple stakeholders. Have Quality first mindset.
