JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

At GE HealthCare, we’re seeking a clinically experienced and strategically minded professional to serve as the Zone Clinical Lead for Mammography across the UK and Ireland. In this role, you will lead and coordinate the execution of marketing and clinical engagement plans, identify opportunities for growth and market share expansion, and contribute to the development of product and portfolio strategies, including clinical positioning and go-to-market approaches. You’ll optimize commercial execution by aligning deep clinical insights with emerging technology trends and developing impactful launch strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in radiology or breast imaging, experience in clinical education or product marketing, and the ability to operate autonomously within established frameworks to drive innovation and clinical excellence.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • This role requires advanced experience in the Marketing & Clinical and Care Area Marketing.
  • Experience in Mammography technologies.
Responsibilities
  • Growing our KOL network and managing KOL relationships to promote our new technologies during workshops, classrooms, congresses, academy. Drive content of international events
  • Contribute to launch of new products by training sales team, creating clinical marketing tools, updating clinical case collections.
  • Supporting the Zone Modality Leaders and PSSs regarding pre-sales presentations, tender specifications, tender related needs, positioning, competitive intelligence.
  • Collaborating closely with the Mammography Product Managers as well as with the broader Breast Care team to build a One GEHC approach for customers.
  • Contributing to the development and execution of marketing strategy
  • Developing in-depth clinical knowledge to support the resolution of CSOs. Has access to technical skills and analytic thinking required to solve problems. May use multiple internal sources outside of own team to arrive at decisions.
  • Developing clinical educational content to support sales continuous training, and clinical marketing content to raise awareness about our unique offering.
  • Supporting customers clinical research studies
  • Working with global product development team to share regional customers needs and influence roadmap.
