The Job: Execute and promote agency initiatives to achieve business target Implement strategies and action plans to support agency productivity in business and recruitment Oversee and monitor agency performance to ensure alignment with the company's direction Facilitate strategic planning in responsible regions for achieving good production, recruitment and persistence Handle enquiries from responsible regions to ensure business continuity Maintain a quality agency force by balancing selection and offering attractive and suitable recruitment offer Enhance the communication and understanding between agency and internal departments Prepare the Tied Agency reporting for local and regional requirements Support the Tied Agency development initiatives if needed The Person: University graduate with at least 10 years relevant experience in insurance industry Integrated knowledge in project and people management Strong interpersonal skills, excellent presentation and negotiation skills Strong analytical and conceptual skills Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese We offer 5-day work, 20-22 days annual leaves, excellent learning & development opportunities and an attractive package to the right candidate.
