In addition to an online store, Rexel USA has a distribution network of over 460 warehouse storefront locations throughout the U.S. Job Description Summary: The Zone Manager is responsible for supporting the mission and strategy of the branches by providing leadership, motivation, direction and training to the branch team to serve business profitably. What You'll Do: Responsible for the business development of branches in geographical territory Develop new customer growth plan, growing customers and SKUs Meet or exceed total sales, net income and asset management targets Responsible for account management and customer satisfaction, building and maintaining customer relations Responsible for branch operations performance, collaborating with Functional Leaders to execute strategy.
