Your Next Adventure Starts in Guest Relations at Zoombezi Bay!As a member of the Zoombezi Bay Guest Relations Admissions team, you’ll help create unforgettable first and last impressions for thousands of guests each day. Responsibilities include ticket sales, guest entry and exit, ZOOMPASS operations, cabana and lounger setup, rental assistance, and occasional slide attendant duties across the waterpark.This is an outdoor role requiring extended time on your feet, and all team members receive First Aid/CPR training. If you’re friendly, outgoing, and a GREAT communicator, this is the place for you! Responsibilities Guest Interaction & Park Entry Welcome guests to the park and answer questions. Transact and validate tickets; ensure proper use of memberships and tickets. Responsible for access control at the Season Pass Entry, including tracking membership attendance by counting how many passholders enter, exit, and return to the park throughout the day. Ensure guests follow proper attire guidelines when entering and exiting the park. Assist guests with general park information, memberships, and lost children. Sales, Cash Handling & Rentals Complete cash/credit/check transactions and balance receipts with the register. Assist guests with locker rentals and other rental inquiries. Promote upcoming events. Cabanas, Loungers & ZOOMPASS Operations Set up and tear down Cabanas and Premium Loungers. Operate ZOOMPASS point‑of‑sale systems, the park’s line‑reservation system that allows guests to hold a place in line for slides. May work slide towers or act as a slide attendant/loader at the tops of slides. Operational Support Maintain excellent guest relations and resolve guest inquiries. Staff after-hours gates and special events as required. Rotate between duties based on operational needs. Perform other duties as assigned; schedule may change due to weather, attendance, and department needs. Qualifications Basic Requirements Must be 16 years of age or older. Maintain courteous and helpful behavior. Maintain appropriate employee appearance according to uniform guidelines. Skills & Abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Computer knowledge/skills. Ability to balance multiple assignments. Able to work outdoors in varied weather conditions (heat, rain, etc.). Able to lift 30 lbs. Training & Compliance Must successfully pass a cash‑handling training program. Subject to Drug Free Workplace Policy. Subject to BMV and Criminal Background checks. Scheduling & Work Conditions Must be able to work weekends, evenings, and holidays. Position is not eligible for overtime pay. Work is performed outdoors and requires long periods on your feet.

Responsibilities

Team members will be responsible for creating positive first and last impressions by handling ticket sales, managing guest entry and exit, operating the ZOOMPASS system, and assisting with rentals and cabana setups. Duties also include occasional slide attendant work and maintaining excellent guest relations while resolving inquiries.
