Zuern Building Products is currently looking for the right person to join our Woodworking Shop team at our Menomonee Falls location. This is a full-time position. Must be available Monday through Friday. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time. Pre-hang interior and exterior doors according to job specifications Accurately mortise and install hinges and hardware prep Assemble door frames and jambs as required Cut, size, and square door slabs for proper fit Ensure correct reveals, swing direction, and clearances Read and interpret work orders and door schedules Operate woodworking machinery (table saw, mortiser, hinge machine, routers, drills) Inspect finished doors for quality, accuracy, and finish protection Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Communicate issues or discrepancies to supervisors or project managers Requirements Experience with pre-hanging doors or finish carpentry Strong knowledge of door hardware, hinges, and jamb construction Ability to read a tape measure accurately (1/16” or better) Familiarity with woodworking tools and machinery Attention to detail and ability to work independently Physical ability to lift and maneuver doors and frames Basic math and problem-solving skills Benefits: Family-valued culture Competitive Pay Career Growth Medical, Vision, and Dental Coverage Health Savings & Flex Plan 401k & Roth Plans with Company Match Profit Sharing Program Company Paid Life Insurance Policy Voluntary Short Term Disability and Life Insurance Paid time off (PTO) and Paid Holidays
