Zuora System Administrator II Why We Have This Role The Finance Systems Administrator plays a critical role in maintaining the integrity, security, and efficiency of our financial systems, with a primary focus on Zuora Billing & Subscription Management & Revenue Recognition. This position is essential for aligning our subscription billing, revenue recognition, and financial reporting systems with strategic organizational objectives. Within the IT Systems team, you will collaborate closely with global finance, sales, and systems teams to drive impactful enhancements that support overall financial strategy and business growth. How You’ll Find Success Builder: Demonstrating resilience and decision-making skills by navigating complex and ambiguous situations, seeking guidance, and thoroughly documenting solutions. How You’ll Grow Taking on increasing responsibilities and leadership opportunities as part of a growing and evolving finance systems team. Developing a specialized career in finance systems, gaining deep technical expertise in Zuora and related financial platforms. Enhancing advanced system administration, troubleshooting, and configuration skills within a complex enterprise environment. Gaining expertise in collaborating across diverse teams and departments to drive significant business impact. Things You’ll Do Serve as a subject matter expert in Zuora Billing & Subscription Management, providing advanced technical expertise, and administering & governing the platform. Lead end-user support initiatives, advanced troubleshooting, configuration, user provisioning, and role-based access management within Zuora. Automate finance-related workflows, specifically those involving subscription lifecycle management, billing, invoicing, and revenue recognition within Zuora, optimizing productivity and compliance through innovative processes. Document and maintain comprehensive procedures, policies, and system configurations for Zuora and its integrations. Maintain a global perspective, fostering connections across different departments (e.g., Finance, Sales Operations, Enterprise Systems, Go-To-Market Systems) to achieve business results and enhance overall system effectiveness. What We’re Looking For On Your Resume Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field. Professional fluency in English. 5+ years of relevant experience in finance systems administration, with significant expertise in Zuora Billing & Subscription Management & Revenue Recognition. Proven experience with Zuora configurations, including product catalog, subscriptions, billing rules, payment gateways, and revenue recognition. Experience with integrations between Zuora and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) preferred. Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to make sound decisions in uncertain and time-sensitive circumstances. A commitment to continuous learning and adapting in a rapidly evolving technological and regulatory landscape.
