Enterprise Knowledge (EK) is hiring for a full-time administrative assistant to join our growing company. This position demands attention to detail, effective communication, and excellent organization skills. Once the current health situation subsides, this position will be based in Arlington, VA. Responsibilities Include: Supporting the EK Leadership team members by managing calendars, travel, and other administrative tasks. Help to plan corporate events and meetings, including travel, catering, itineraries, and venues. Prepare and arrange shipment of outgoing mail/packages. Copy edit and review materials, edit for grammar, spelling, and clarity. Independently anticipate and provide responsive administrative support. This will require executing a broad range of administrative responsibilities with some tasks occurring routinely and/or on an "ad hoc" basis per real-time needs of the Leadership team. Required Skills and Qualifications Impeccable attention to detail. Strong oral and written communication skills. Creativity and strong problem-solving skills. Strong grasp of math, extending to use of spreadsheets and basic formulas. Strong task and time management skills coupled with the ability to multitask. Excellent organizational and critical thinking skills. Highly effective time management and attention to detail. Experience with Google and Microsoft Suites.
