Le Référent comptabilité mandant H/F intervient au sein de l’incubateur Evoriel pour accompagner l’intégration des nouvelles entités : migration des outils métiers, reprise et fiabilisation des données comptables mandants (gestion locative et copropriété), et soutien aux équipes comptables des sociétés acquises. Il assure également des missions ponctuelles de renfort au sein des agences (absences prolongées, surcharge, transfert de portefeuilles…). Rattachement : Le poste dépend de la direction comptable mandants et est mobilisé par le directeur de l’intégration selon les priorités. Les interventions peuvent se faire : • en agence, sous pilotage du Responsable/Directeur d’agence ; • dans le cadre des projets de croissance externe. Missions principales Audit & analyse : Participer à l’audit des systèmes comptables des entités intégrées, identifier les écarts avec les pratiques Evoriel et produire des rapports d’analyse. Préparation des migrations : Contribuer à la planification des migrations comptables et préparer les supports nécessaires aux équipes. Migration & contrôle des données : Assurer la concordance, la migration et les tests des données fichiers et comptables (GL/Syndic), documenter les anomalies et aider à la récupération des documents. Reprise et saisie : Réaliser la saisie et la reprise des données en garantissant leur conformité avec l’ancien système et les standards Evoriel. Support utilisateurs : Accompagner les équipes après formation et fournir un appui technique et fonctionnel. Reporting : Produire des reportings réguliers selon les standards de la direction. Formation interne : Tutorer les nouveaux collaborateurs de l’incubateur et contribuer à leur montée en compétences. Renfort opérationnel : Prendre en charge ponctuellement un portefeuille comptable (gestion locative ou copropriété) et fournir un rapport de mission.
