Backend Team Lead | Remote We’re looking for an experienced Backend Team Lead to stabilize and scale a production-grade Web3 backend with real on-chain activity. This role is ideal for a senior-level engineer with deep hands-on expertise and mature leadership skills, who is ready to own backend systems end-to-end from architecture and processes to production stability and team growth. Salary: Competitive, based on experience Format: Full-time, Remote About the Role: You’ll design, develop, and maintain backend systems powering Solana-based Web3 products in production. Your focus will be on stabilizing backend infrastructure, systematically reducing bugs, and introducing strong engineering culture and ownership. You’ll work closely with smart contracts, Solana RPC infrastructure, and high-load on-chain data streams, while leading architectural decisions and mentoring a growing engineering team. We are not considering candidates with surface-level Web3 experience.
