Achats : Acheter des matières premières, des emballages, ou services destinés à être utilisés ou transformés par Intersand, en fonction des besoins établis. Optimisation des coûts : Identifier des opportunités de réduction des coûts à fort impact en tirant parti du pouvoir d'achat d’Intersand et en découvrant de nouveaux fournisseurs. Analyse des besoins d’approvisionnement : Évaluer les besoins en matières premières, emballages et services, en fonction des spécifications définies et des prévisions établies. Gestion des relations fournisseurs : Établir et entretenir des relations avec les fournisseurs actuels et potentiels pour garantir des partenariats solides. Suivi des commandes et inventaires : Planifier les besoins en approvisionnement en fonction des stocks, suivre les livraisons et assurer la mise à jour des informations des fournisseurs. Évaluation des risques et recommandations : Analyser les risques du marché de l'offre, préparer des prévisions et rédiger des recommandations pour optimiser les achats.
