Activités clés Création et mise en place des contrats : réception des demandes, saisie des données, émission des documents contractuels. Renouvellements : préparation des échéances, relances, ajustements éventuels. Traitement des résiliations : analyse des demandes, clôture des contrats, communication aux partenaires. Collaboration avec les chargés de clientèle : coordination sur les besoins des clients, priorisation des demandes, appui technique et administratif. Échanges avec les clients : accompagnement quotidien, réponses aux questions sur les garanties, les pièces à fournir, les échéances. Qualifications Connaissances de base en assurance IARD, idéalement sur les produits immeubles. Aisance dans la gestion administrative et le suivi de dossiers.
