Job Overview Responsible for maintaining cleanliness of resident’s apartments and common areas as assigned by the Maintenance Director. Responsibilities and Duties Provide housekeeping services in resident apartments by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, emptying trash, and laundering linens.
