MSH is seeking a Distribution Manager for a potential Gavi project in Nigeria, which will provide supply chain management technical assistance to support effective planning, coordination, and execution of last-mile vaccine distribution, thereby strengthening last-mile delivery systems. Additionally, this project will provide technical guidance for route optimization and ensure delivery efficiency. The project will work in close partnership with the Federal Government of Nigeria, third-party logistics providers, and international donors’ organizations.
This position is subject to project award and funding.
QUALIFICATIONS
OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES
The Distribution Manager will assist the Project Director in leading and managing MSH Nigeria’s Warehousing and Distribution Operations for health products on a proposed project, to meet all supported health facilities’ needs in 13 Global Fund malaria focus states. He/she will work closely with the supervisor, warehouse managers, and other relevant personnel to establish and follow transparent warehousing and distribution management processes and develop tools to implement the processes, assuring that sound practices are applied at every stage of the operations.
