Job Summary: The Ticket Runner ensures overall maintenance of the property by troubleshooting and repairing all aspects of the apartments, leasing office, and property areas. This includes, but is not limited to plumbing, electrical, heating/cooling, carpentry, appliances, painting, and drywall.
