Translate complex legal and regulatory concepts into clear, actionable guidance for non-legal stakeholders. Support the development and delivery of training programs and internal communications on key compliance topics. Contribute to the design and execution of strategic initiatives, including human rights programs, ESG efforts, and global policy engagement. Travel as needed to support global operations and stakeholder engagement. Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Active bar membership in good standing 6-8 years of legal experience with deep expertise in international regulatory compliance. Strong background in a highly regulated industry (e.g., defense, aerospace, advanced technologies, government contracting). Demonstrated ability to work independently and exercise sound legal judgment in a fast-paced, global environment. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and advise across all levels of the organization. Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to build trust and drive alignment across functions. High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint). Experience in a publicly traded or highly regulated industry including advising foreign subsidiaries. Familiarity with ESG/CSR programs and reporting. Familiarity with EH&S programs and governance. Familiarity with export controls, sanction and customs laws.
