Here, FCAs are trusted partners to families, real-time problem solvers, and key players in providing the exceptional experience NSPT is known for. When a parent is overwhelmed, a child needs an urgent reschedule, or a clinic is juggling 30 moving pieces at once… you’re the one who turns stress into solutions. This is a full-time, in-center position with a schedule of 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM. You'll primarily work from our Naperville location, with weekly travel to support our teams in Elmhurst and Woodridge. Compensation ranges from $18–$22 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
