POSITION OVERVIEW:

As a Senior Account Executive, you’ll be one of our first dedicated sales hires, playing a central role in driving revenue, developing account relationships, and executing strategic initiatives. You’ll manage a book of retail partners, cultivate new business, and work closely with leadership on sales planning and product development. This role is dedicated to the western Washington market, specifically targeting retailers from Seattle north to Bellingham.
Start Date: September 1st, 2025
Salary: $60,000 per year, paid in accordance with our standard payroll schedule.
Commission: 2.5% net commission on direct accounts
Benefits: Full-time employees are eligible for standard company benefits at 50% coverage by employer in accordance with Pastime Brands’ policies.
