Are you an organized and detail-oriented professional with a passion for logistics? We’re looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Montréal. In this role, you’ll ensure the smooth coordination of shipments, support drivers and clients, and help keep operations running efficiently.

Position Highlights:

• Shipment Coordination: Plan, schedule, and monitor freight movements across Quebec, Ontario, and cross-border lanes.
• Driver Support: Act as the first point of contact for drivers, ensuring they have the information and support they need.
• Client Communication: Maintain strong relationships with customers, providing timely updates on loads and delivery statuses.
• Problem Solving: Quickly address issues such as delays, routing adjustments, or equipment needs.
• Administrative Tasks: Manage invoices, delivery documents, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with dispatch, sales, and operations to ensure seamless execution.

Requirements:

• Based in or near Montréal, QC
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, dispatch, or transportation coordination (preferred not needed)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication skills in English and French (written and spoken)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, TMS software, or other logistics platforms
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Êtes-vous une personne organisée, axée sur les détails et passionnée par la logistique? Nous cherchons un coordonnateur logistique pour rejoindre notre équipe à Montréal. Dans ce rôle, vous veillerez à la bonne coordination des expéditions, soutiendrez les chauffeurs et les clients, et contribuerez au bon fonctionnement des opérations.

Points saillants du poste :

• Coordination des expéditions : Planifier, organiser et suivre les mouvements de fret au Québec, en Ontario et transfrontaliers.
• Soutien aux chauffeurs : Premier point de contact pour les chauffeurs, en leur offrant information et assistance.
• Communication avec les clients : Maintenir de solides relations avec les clients en fournissant des mises à jour rapides.
• Résolution de problèmes : Gérer rapidement les retards, changements de route ou besoins d’équipement.
• Tâches administratives : Gérer les factures, documents de livraison et veiller à la conformité.
• Collaboration d’équipe : Travailler étroitement avec la répartition, les ventes et les opérations pour un déroulement fluide.

Exigences :

• Résidence à Montréal ou dans les environs
• Minimum de deux ans d’expérience en logistique, répartition ou coordination du transport (préféré)
• Solides compétences organisationnelles et capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités
• Excellentes aptitudes de communication en français et en anglais (oral et écrit)
• Maîtrise de Microsoft Office, logiciels TMS ou autres plateformes logistiques
• Capacité à travailler sous pression dans un environnement dynamique
