This full-time position is, Monday through Friday, 7:30am until 3:30pm or Monday thru Friday 8:00am until 4:00pm. We also currently offer a $1,000 sign-on bonus. Skills Trainer Job Summary: The Skills Trainer is responsible for the direct care and supervision of the people we serve within our population. As a skills trainer, you will provide constant support through positivity and encouragement while overseeing them at their jobsite to ensure they are performing their assigned duties to the best of their ability.
