OVERVIEW:
We are actively seeking a Software Release Manager to join our team in supporting a Software Development and Support program utilizing ServiceNow’s Enterprise Service Management (ESM) platform for a Federal agency. The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and have 3-6 years of experience in software release management, with a strong preference for those with experience in ServiceNow or similar platforms. This role is essential for managing the release process for software deployments, ensuring that all aspects of the release are coordinated, and that deployments are executed smoothly and efficiently. The Software Release Manager will work closely with development, operations, and project management teams to plan, schedule, and oversee the deployment of software releases, ensuring they meet quality standards and align with agency requirements.
