Where you come in: You will play a critical role in ensuring payroll accuracy and compliance for multiple countries in the APAC region. You ensure the accuracy of payroll and benefit codes in all systems. You research and process payroll and benefit adjustment entries, including retroactive salary calculations. You participate in annual, quarterly, and SOX audits to maintain compliance standards. You follow up with employees and managers to ensure timely submission of timecards. You train new employees on payroll policies and timekeeping systems. You proactively research and resolve payroll-related issues with a customer-service mindset. You manage Workday integrations, ensuring new hires and shift pattern changes are accurately reflected in Workforce Management and SAP.
