019909 - EXXONMOBIL GUYANA - FACILITIES MANAGER

Total Systems Guyana Limited. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Total Systems Canada. We are seeking a contract Facilities Manager, to work for our client ExxonMobil Guyana Limited (EMGL) in Georgetown, Guyana, South America.
You must relocate and work full-time in Guyana. Relocationexpenses will be covered for travel, and accommodation. The anticipated term of this opportunity is for 3 years, starting June 2025.

B. SUMMARY OF WORK:

a) Service includes all management, personnel, resources, supervision, administrative and back-office support, labor, materials, tools, parts, supplies, lubricants, equipment, barricades, signs, and transportation necessary to fulfill all the requirements of the scope and service.
b) Management of Preventative/ Predictive / Corrective and Emergency Repairs
c) 24 Hour Customer Service and Help Desk Support
d) Scheduling, tracking, monitoring and reporting of Tasks
e) Recreational Facility Administrative Services

C. BASE SERVICE DESCRIPTION - OPERATIONS MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR

Services should include appropriate and cost-effective preventive and associated corrective maintenance and repair for all Residential Sites. In addition, periodic monitoring, testing and evaluation should be performed to ensure that all building systems are performing as expected which include but are not limited to:
a) HVAC systems are maintained, serviced, inspected and monitored to ensure that these systems are operated in a safe, reliable and economic manner. All AC maintenance, servicing, repair and replacement work will be performed in accordance with industry standard and manufacturer’s requirements
b) Lighting fixtures, fittings, lenses, ballasts, covers and associated components are maintained, and all remedial action are taken to resolve all hazards, shorts and flickering. Routine inspections and tests are done to ensure that emergency, security and exit lights are in good working condition and batteries are replaced.
c) Water System and surrounding areas are cleaned, maintained and repairs are undertaken on the water and plumbing system installation. Water system installation includes but not limited to water heaters, UV filters, carbon and sediment filters, overhead/elevated storage tanks, underground water cisterns/ reservoirs, pipes and overall water and plumbing systems. Service includes supply, installation and replacement of water filters, UV lights and the routine backwashing of the system.
d) All exterior landscaped and non-landscaped exterior areas, patios/courtyards, parking lots, bounded areas are cleaned and maintained. Service includes gardening, cutting grass, fertilizing, cutting and trimming of trees and plants, power washing, cleaning and general maintenance of outdoor areas
e) Basic pest control work, periodic fumigation against mosquitoes, cockroaches, ants, rodents, flea, ticks, etc.

CONSULTANT QUALIFICATIONS

The Facilities Manageris required to have the following skills and experience:

• Have a minimum of five (5) years of experience within the last eight (8) years working as a Facilities Manager on a Project of similar scope.
• Must be willing to relocate to Georgetown, Guyana, South America for the 3 year duration of the project.
• Must be proficient with knowledge of computer tools such as Microsoft Outlook email, Excel and PowerPoint

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₡85,000.00 - ₡100,000.00 per year
