Job Description The Regional Pro Specialist is responsible for accelerating Pro-segment growth across big-box retail, including Lowe’s and The Home Depot for Larson, Fiberon, and Therma-Tru brands. This role serves as the regional PRO expert for the Outdoors B2C (Retail) Business Unit—building strategic partnerships, generating high-value Pro opportunities, and executing field initiatives that increase revenue, loyalty, and project penetration.
