ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Buyer to lead sourcing and procurement operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, vendor negotiation, and cost control. This role plays a key part in ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality purchasing to support our business goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and manage strategic sourcing plans to support production and operational needs.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for best price, quality, and delivery terms.
• Manage the end-to-end procurement process: RFQs, purchase orders, contract terms, and follow-up.
• Collaborate with internal departments (engineering, operations, finance) to forecast demand and plan inventory.
• Analyze market trends, supplier performance, and pricing strategies to drive cost savings.
• Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels to avoid shortages or overstock.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and industry regulations.
• Maintain accurate records in ERP or procurement systems.
• Lead and mentor junior buyers or procurement staff as needed.
